This policy explains what information Drake Realty (Braxton Drake, Kentucky) collects when you use DrakeTube, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: username, channel name, email address, a securely hashed password, and the date you accepted our Terms.
• Content you post: videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, comments, likes, subscriptions, reports and tip pledges.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used for security (for example rate limiting), fraud prevention and counting views. We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in; we don’t use advertising cookies today.
• Messages to us: such as DMCA notices, which may include your name, address, phone and email.

How we use it

To run and secure the Service, send account emails (email confirmation and password resets), show and deliver videos, calculate creator statistics and estimated earnings, moderate content, respond to legal requests, and improve the Service.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example: website hosting (Render), video hosting and delivery (bunny.net), email delivery (Resend) and, in the future, payments (Stripe)); when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transfer. Public content (your channel, videos and comments) is visible to everyone.

Children

DrakeTube is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact contact@draketube.tv and we will delete it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your videos at any time in Creator Studio. To delete your account, email contact@draketube.tv. Backups are deleted on a rolling schedule. [ATTORNEY/OWNER: set retention periods.]

Your choices and rights

You can update your channel details and email in Creator Studio. Depending on where you live (for example, under the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act or other state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, one-time expiring email links and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
