Community Guidelines

DrakeTube is a home for mud, trucks and good times. Keep it that way. These rules apply to videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, comments and channels. Breaking them can get your content hidden or your account banned.

Not allowed

• Child safety: any sexual or exploitative content involving minors. We remove it, ban the account and report it to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Nudity and sexual content.
• Violence and dangerous acts: graphic gore, content that promotes serious injury, or that encourages viewers to copy dangerous stunts. Crash and rollover footage is OK when it isn’t glorifying serious injury; add a warning in the title or description.
• Harassment, bullying, threats and hate speech against people or groups, including doxxing (posting someone’s private information).
• Spam and scams: misleading titles or thumbnails, fake giveaways, repetitive comments, or buying views, likes or subscribers.
• Illegal activity: such as trespassing on private land, poaching or selling illegal goods.
• Impersonation of other people, creators or brands.
• Copyright infringement: only upload footage and music you own or have permission to use. See Copyright / DMCA.

Tread lightly

Stay on legal trails and parks, respect property owners and wildlife, and wear safety gear. Show others the same respect in the comments that you’d want at the trailhead.

Reporting

Use the ⚑ Report button on any video or the Report link on any comment. Our team reviews reports and may hide content, delete comments or ban accounts. Reports are confidential.

Enforcement

Depending on how serious it is, we may hide the content, delete it, suspend monetization, or ban the account. Severe violations (like child safety) lead to an immediate ban. If you think we made a mistake, email contact@draketube.tv.
