Copyright & DMCA
Drake Realty respects copyright and responds to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe material on DrakeTube infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a notice to our designated agent or use the form below.
Designated DMCA agent
[OWNER: register the agent with the U.S. Copyright Office (dmca.copyright.gov, about $6, renewed every 3 years) and put the same details here.]
What a notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The link(s) to the material you want removed, precise enough for us to find it.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake; your name, address and phone; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where Drake Realty may be found) and to accept service from the complainant. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
